Provider

TrueToss is provided free of charge by Paul Wolfmajer, a natural person publishing under the developer name Wolpa (see Impressum).

Purpose

TrueToss flips a virtual coin for fun, games and everyday decisions. Each flip uses the operating system’s cryptographically secure random generator, and heads and tails are equally likely. TrueToss is not a certified random number generator.

Do not use TrueToss for gambling or betting with money or valuables, for official draws, or for decisions where a certified random procedure is required by law or agreement.

License

The provider grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use TrueToss on your Android devices for lawful private purposes. All rights in the app, its artwork and texts remain with the provider.

Voluntary Contributions and Advertising

All features of TrueToss are free and without subscription. The app shows a banner ad. Watching a rewarded video pauses the banner on this device for 30 minutes; it has no cash value. PayPal contributions are voluntary and unlock nothing.

Required Updates and Suspension

For security, legal or technical reasons the provider may require an update or temporarily block the app. A received block also applies offline. Legal texts, support and deleting the statistics remain available.

Warranty and Liability

TrueToss is provided free of charge. The provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence the provider is liable only in cases required by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Applicable Law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence and its courts remain available to you.
